How plans and accounts work
What does each account see?
A Recruiter sees the interviews they run, plus any a colleague shares with them. A Recruiting Manager sees every interview in their company. Nobody sees another company's interviews.
Can a Recruiting Manager plan add recruiters?
The Recruiter and Recruiting Manager plans are single accounts. To add recruiters, request Enterprise — once approved, your existing manager account is upgraded and you invite recruiters from your Team page.
What happens after I submit the Enterprise form?
Our team reviews the request. When it is approved, the recruiting manager receives an email with a link to set their password, and can then add recruiters up to the approved number of seats.
What if we need more recruiters later?
The manager requests more seats from the Team page. Once approved, the new seats are available immediately.
